Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure goals are met.
• Efficiently manage resources (human, financial, and technical).
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and vendors, ensuring satisfaction with project progress.
• Ensure compliance with required quality standards and specifications.
• Solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Professionally manage changes in project scope.
• Evaluate project performance upon completion and document lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 17 years of hands‑on experience in project management.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
