Project Manager – Construction (Mecca)

About the role

As a Project Manager in the fast‑growing construction sector of Mecca, you will lead large‑scale urban development projects from concept to hand‑over. The role combines planning, budgeting, resource coordination and compliance to deliver high‑quality buildings that respect local safety standards and cultural heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and budgets using project management software.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress, track performance metrics and conduct regular status meetings to identify and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present clear project updates to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes and safety regulations through site inspections and audits.
• Manage procurement, negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, and control project profitability.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects of medium to large size.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a focus on detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and continuous learning.
