Project Manager (Construction Projects)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the on‑site delivery of a major strategic project in Saudi Arabia and, after completion, to oversee all ICT and ULV/ELV projects within the Medina airport expansion. The role operates under the governance of the TIBAH Project Management Office and requires close coordination with local stakeholders, partners, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end on‑site delivery of the initial major project, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Serve as the single point of contact on site for customers, partners, and vendors.
• Apply TIBAH PMO governance, standards, tools, and reporting requirements.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate local resources, subcontractors, and regional teams for smooth execution.
• Provide transparent status reporting to the TIBAH PMO and senior stakeholders.
• After project hand‑over, manage all subsequent ICT and ULV/ELV projects within the Medina airport expansion.
• Implement and sustain PMO governance at the regional level and support portfolio planning.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects.
• Proven background in airport IT and aviation systems projects.
• Experience managing on‑site projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Familiarity with central PMO governance models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across customers, vendors, and internal teams.
