Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction, infrastructure, or real‑estate development projects from initiation through handover. You will act as the client’s representative, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule while coordinating all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the client throughout all project phases and act as the primary point of contact.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
• Monitor scope, progress, risks, and overall performance, reporting to senior management.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with government authorities and key stakeholders.
• Review and approve project reports, designs, submissions, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and regulatory requirements.
• Control project budgets, forecasts, and cost‑control activities.
• Resolve issues and facilitate timely handover, including support during the Defects Liability Period.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• 8–12 years of project management experience, including at least 5 years as a client representative.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification preferred; PRINCE2 or equivalent is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
