Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will oversee contract administration and construction activities for a major project in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Cluster Head, you will act as the central interface between L&T PT&D IC head office, the client, and all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the project contract and monitor construction progress against monthly schedules.
• Coordinate procurement, design support, and technical submittals with the head office and client.
• Prepare and enforce the Construction Programme, including manpower planning, material storage, and subcontractor management.
• Manage commercial aspects such as invoicing, payment collection, variations, and profitability targets.
• Ensure all technical drawings, equipment lists, and specifications are up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Implement Quality Assurance and EHS plans on site and promote an ethical work culture.
• Identify training needs, allocate work based on team capabilities, and address issues before they impact the project.

Required profile

• Experience in construction project management, preferably within large engineering firms.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, and commercial management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.
