About the role

A well-established property company, known for delivering high-quality construction projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager through Michael Page to oversee and deliver construction projects in Jeddah. The role covers projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are finished on time and within budget. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Oversee budgets and ensure financial efficiency and cost control.
• Monitor progress and address issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong communication with all project participants.

Required profile

• Degree in construction management, civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and legal regulations.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Results-driven, able to work under pressure, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
