Project Manager – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

The Project Manager will lead construction and real‑estate development projects from initial planning through final handover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and control the project programme, comparing actual progress against the approved schedule.
• Identify schedule delays and implement recovery and corrective action plans.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams including contractors, consultants, engineers and internal departments.
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, contracts and applicable standards.
• Monitor project costs, variations and change orders to keep the project within budget.
• Manage technical, contractual and delivery risks and establish mitigation plans.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, documentation and final handover of the project.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
• Valid membership and professional classification with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• 10‑15 years of experience managing construction or real‑estate development projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects from mobilization through execution and handover.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
