Project Manager – Construction (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of our active construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be accountable for scope, schedule, cost, quality and HSE performance while driving site productivity back to market benchmarks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control execution of projects across specialized scopes such as EIFS, GRC/GRP, EPS decorations, facades, steel and concrete structures, and fit‑out works.
• Own the project baseline – schedule, budget and resource plan – and report monthly Earned Value metrics (CPI/SPI) to senior management.
• Lead site teams, manage manpower supply and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with framework rates and scope matrices.
• Implement productivity recovery measures, including time‑and‑motion studies, daily output tracking and corrective actions to close the productivity gap to ≤10%.
• Maintain client interface, prepare progress reports, handle variation orders, substantiate claims and certify payment applications.
• Enforce QA/QC and HSE standards, including local heat‑stress requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance to control project cash flow and certify subcontractor payments.
• Conduct a structured 90‑day review to confirm productivity baseline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10‑12 years of construction experience in Saudi Arabia, with at least 5 years managing projects for a specialized or general contractor.
• Proven delivery record on façade, EIFS/GRC, structural or fit‑out packages.
• Hands‑on experience managing subcontracted labour and complete‑task packages.
• Professional Engineer registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers; PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
