Project Manager – Design (Architecture)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Project Manager to lead design and architecture projects for KEO in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from set‑up through design coordination to delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all project phases, including set‑up, design coordination meetings, scheduling, budgeting and staffing.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, and resolve issues through systematic analysis.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures and ISO 9001 compliance are applied across all technical areas.
• Track financial performance, prepare progress reports, invoices and pursue payments.
• Lead the project team, coordinate with KEO divisions and sub‑consultants, and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience on large‑scale mixed‑use projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering; Master’s/PhD advantageous.
• Professional license as Architect or Engineer from an internationally recognised body.
• APM or PMP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Revit and AutoCAD.
