Project Manager – Design Projects (Saudi National)

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a pre‑contract focus to lead design projects for key Saudi clients. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from business case development to final delivery, ensuring quality, schedule and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines and budgets; facilitate client and team meetings.
• Lead and motivate design teams, assign tasks and provide coaching.
• Manage stakeholder communication, keep expectations aligned and address concerns.
• Coordinate resources, schedules and budgets across design initiatives.
• Oversee quality assurance of design deliverables and ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and monitor cost performance.
• Prepare regular status reports and conduct post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in design consultancy, architecture or engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Mandatory registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• PMP certification is desirable.
