Project Manager - Engineering

About the role

The Project Manager – Engineering will lead the delivery of complex engineering projects for Kellogg Brown & Root in Saudi Arabia. You will be accountable for all phases from preliminary engineering through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including detailed design, fabrication, integration, installation and commissioning.
• Establish and lead the project team, defining procedures and commercial strategies.
• Coordinate interfaces with the client, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Conduct constructability reviews and oversee project controls, cost tracking and schedule management.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, quality assurance and client‑specific requirements.
• Drive the commissioning process and handover of fully functional facilities to the client.
• Develop national staff and maintain effective client, labor and public relations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in EPC or PMC environments.
• Proven ability to recruit, motivate and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts and project financial drivers.
• Demonstrated experience delivering downstream or similar large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
