Project Manager – EPC Construction

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution and delivery of ABICON’s piping, civil and mechanical construction scope on EPC projects, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, quality and HSE standards while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall project execution from mobilization through close‑out for ABICON’s scope.
• Develop and manage the project execution plan, budget and master schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal departments.
• Oversee Construction, QC, Planning, Procurement and HSE functions.
• Chair project progress meetings and report status to senior management and the client.
• Manage project risks, changes and claims in partnership with the commercial/contracts team.
• Approve manpower, equipment and material mobilization plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications and applicable codes/standards.
• Drive cost control and schedule adherence through the project controls team.
• Enforce HSE standards and quality requirements across all site activities.
• Support tendering and proposal preparation for future projects.
• Manage project close‑out, handover and lessons‑learned documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of EPC/construction project execution experience, including at least 5 years in a project management role on industrial or oil & gas projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Construction Engineering.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
