Project Manager – EPC & In‑Line Inspection (Middle East)

About the role

PIPECARE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead in‑line inspection projects for its Middle East operations, based in Damam, Saudi Arabia. The role oversees the full project lifecycle of EPC and oil‑&‑gas service contracts, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, resource allocations and budgets for EPC and inspection projects.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on time and within cost.
• Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining relationships and providing regular status updates.
• Control project finances, including budgeting, invoicing, cash‑flow forecasting and margin optimisation.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and HSE activities to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum or related engineering; Master’s in Project Management is a plus.
• 10‑15+ years of experience in oil & gas EPC or pipeline projects, with recent hands‑on project management responsibility.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, FIDIC, NEBOSH/IOSH are preferred.

Required skills

• Project planning and scheduling tools: Primavera P6, MS Project, Odoo.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contract management and EPC project methodology.
• Cost control, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Procurement and supply‑chain coordination.
• Risk, change and claims management.
• Engineering coordination, commissioning and start‑up management.
• HSE management and QA/QC compliance.
• KPI tracking and project performance reporting.
