Project Manager – EPC/EPCM Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Project Director in delivering large‑scale EPC/EPCM projects. The role involves overseeing contract administration, scope definition, and the implementation of project execution plans while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director with contract administration, scope definition, staffing plans, and implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Procedures Manual (PPM).
• Provide strong leadership to ensure safe, timely, cost‑effective, and high‑quality execution across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup phases.
• Establish and maintain effective client relationships, support project profitability targets, and contribute to execution strategies that maximize outcomes and work‑share opportunities.
• Collaborate with Project Controls to manage cost, schedule, reporting, and change‑management processes, ensuring accurate performance monitoring and successful project delivery and closeout.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, EPC, EPCM, or related project environments.
• At least 10 years of project management experience on the contractor side, with proven leadership of large‑scale projects.
• Prior experience in PMC organizations is preferred, especially from peer companies.
• Demonstrated experience across detailed engineering, construction, EPC, and EPCM phases with strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities.
