Project Manager – Facade (Construction)

About the role

The Project Manager – Facade will lead the delivery of façade construction projects from planning through handover, ensuring quality, schedule and budget targets are met. The role combines technical oversight, risk management and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on claims, variations and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, define scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation, and ensure implementation of company policies.
• Coordinate scheduling and progress control using project management software, monitor performance and issue corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, track actual costs, implement cost‑reduction measures and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Conduct risk and quality management, perform site inspections and enforce compliance with local and international standards.
• Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, allocate responsibilities and foster collaboration.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, variations and claims, and ensure timely payment certifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of hands‑on experience in contracting, finishing and façade works, preferably in Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong budgeting and cost‑control capabilities.
• Expertise in contract and claims management.
• Ability to perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
