Project Manager – Fertilizers & Mining Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate small to mid‑size projects in the fertilizers (phosphate, ammonia, urea) and mining & metals (aluminum, gold, copper) sectors. The role is office‑based with occasional short site visits for technical reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Provide engineering oversight, project planning and technical coordination.
• Control cost and schedule, support procurement and align stakeholders.
• Manage projects from concept development through feasibility, basic engineering, detailed design oversight, procurement follow‑up and preparation for execution.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables meet quality, cost and schedule objectives.
• Facilitate strong coordination between engineering teams, internal departments and site representatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing small to mid‑range projects in fertilizers or mining & metals.
• Strong ability to lead office‑driven project teams and coordinate with site representatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
