Project Manager – Full‑time (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Emerson is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to lead projects from contract award through commissioning and handover in Saudi Arabia. The role involves planning, scheduling, budgeting and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting and closeout.
• Support the proposal team by validating assumptions, execution strategies, schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate contract review, procurement, manufacturing, inspections, logistics, shipments, subcontracting and installation activities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and act as the primary customer interface.
• Control project financial performance through budget monitoring, cost tracking, revenue forecasting and invoicing support.
• Monitor progress against schedules, KPIs and contractual requirements, providing regular status reports.
• Identify and manage risks, opportunities, scope changes, variation orders and change requests.

Required profile

• Ability to ask insightful questions and conduct accurate situational analyses.
• Strong resource mobilisation and allocation skills, including personnel and funds.
• Proven experience (minimum 36 months) in managing complex projects.
