Project Manager – Highways and Bridges

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience to lead major transportation and civil infrastructure projects across Riyadh, including roads, highways, bridges and tunnels. The role provides technical leadership, stakeholder management and supports project and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in overall project execution and decision‑making.
• Review and approve technical documents submitted by contractors and ensure design sufficiency.
• Develop and implement procedures for planning, supervising construction works and controlling project costs.
• Monitor progress, resource usage and stakeholder relationships, applying corrective actions and change‑control processes as needed.
• Contribute to resolution of technical issues and continuously improve project management processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, engineering management or related field; chartered membership preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Over 20 years of experience, with at least 15 years as a Project Manager on complex road infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience supervising construction as a consultant (contractor experience not considered).
• Advanced English; basic Arabic is a plus.
