Project Manager – Industrial Energy Efficiency

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end industrial energy‑efficiency projects. You will be responsible for delivering safe, on‑time, and cost‑effective solutions that meet technical, commercial, and client requirements across HVAC, lighting, BMS, and metering systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning, procurement, and scheduling to final handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate resources, monitor risks, and resolve technical and commercial challenges.
• Review technical documentation, engineering deliverables, BOQs, and oversee testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Engage with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and regular reporting.
• Track project budgets, invoicing, cash flow, and subcontractor performance while ensuring compliance with HSE and client specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record in energy‑efficiency, ESCO, MEP, HVAC, BMS, controls, or renewable‑energy projects.
• Experience delivering projects in operational facilities.
• Preferred: PMP certification, CEM/CEA/CMVP, Saudi Council of Engineers registration, or prior TARSHID project experience.
