Project Manager – Intralogistics (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The role is based in Saudi Arabia with Swisslog KSA. The Project Manager leads teams to achieve project objectives and stakeholder expectations while balancing scope, time, budget, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Project Scope Management – coordinate medium‑complex projects with low to medium risk, ensuring all required work is defined and teams are managed effectively.
• Schedule Management – apply and adjust standardized schedules, control major milestones such as execution specifications, FAT, SAT, PAC, FAC.
• Budget Management – maintain project forecasts, anticipate cost implications and manage claims.
• Collaboration with purchasing and engineering – select and proactively manage suppliers.
• Risk Management – plan, identify, analyse and respond to risks to optimise project success.
• Quality and Stakeholder Management – ensure compliance with organisational quality policies and align stakeholder expectations.
• Procurement and Supplier Management – oversee procurement processes to secure products and services that meet project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls or Software Engineering (or equivalent); internal project‑management qualification preferred.
• 10–15 years of project‑management experience in material‑handling systems and the intralogistics industry.
• Proven record of successfully delivering at least five projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Proficiency in spoken and written local language.
