Project Manager – IT & Business Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of IT and business projects across Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management and the ability to drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria with business stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines and overall performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify, assess, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Monitor progress using KPIs and performance metrics, providing timely reports.
• Control scope changes through established change‑control processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, quality standards and organisational policies.
• Resolve issues, conflicts and blockers to maintain momentum.
• Communicate status, risks and decisions to sponsors, senior management and executives.
• Lead project closure, including documentation, knowledge transfer, lessons learned and sign‑off.
• Promote continuous improvement of delivery practices and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT, digital transformation or enterprise projects.
• Saudi national, able to work from any location within Saudi Arabia.
