Project Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering, construction or industrial projects from inception to delivery. The role involves overseeing scope, schedule, budget and quality while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver projects in line with scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, handle changes and optimise resource utilisation.
• Maintain client relationships, manage communications and provide regular reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, contractual and company standards.
• Resolve issues promptly and drive timely decision‑making to meet project objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing engineering, construction or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good understanding of project controls, risk management and contract administration.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
