Project Manager

About the role

Umniah is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects across its building, infrastructure, and industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia. The role covers the full project lifecycle from initiation through handover, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients and senior management, providing regular progress reports.
• Monitor compliance with Saudi construction regulations and standards.
• Manage project risks, change orders, and ensure delivery within the agreed scope.
• Oversee project handover and close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record delivering projects valued at SAR 5 million or more end‑to‑end.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and standards.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to work under senior management supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling.
