Project Manager

About the role

EPIC Trainings & Consultancy is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Manager in Makkah to lead training and consultancy projects. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that meet scope, timeline, ISO standards, and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to define project requirements and develop detailed project plans.
• Manage resources, monitor progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise expediting and inspection activities, aligning logistics with project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and client expectations, preparing status reports and maintaining documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of EPIC’s project management practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (SCE registered), Project Management, MBA, or Master’s in Quality Management.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing similar training and consultancy projects.
• Fluent Arabic (written & spoken) and good English (written & spoken).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification and PMP certification.
• Valid membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Required skills

• Implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management systems.
• Experience with ESG and sustainability frameworks.
• Strong project management expertise.
• PMP certification.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor competency.
