Project Manager

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead rotating equipment projects across Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from contract award through commissioning and final close‑out, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for rotating equipment projects, including gas and steam turbines, compressors, and expanders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—engineering, procurement, manufacturing—to align scope, schedule, and resources.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Foster strong client relationships through transparent communication and performance reviews.
• Support localization initiatives and work with the Sourcing Organization to improve the IKTVA score.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
• Proven experience with rotating equipment projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• PMP certification is preferred.
