Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale IT initiatives across Oracle, Microsoft, data‑warehouse, business‑intelligence and CRM platforms. The role will be based in Riyadh and will oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Align program plans for major initiatives covering Oracle, Microsoft, data‑warehouse, BI and CRM applications.
• Direct team strategies such as knowledge sharing, technology rotation and business operation studies.
• Define project scope, deliverables, duration, effort, cost and manage budgets.
• Create detailed project plans, handle change requests and manage resources.
• Oversee design, configuration and testing of new processes to meet business requirements.
• Schedule cost and quality management during vendor‑involved execution.
• Ensure support requests are resolved within budget and expectations.
• Maintain familiarity with IT quality standards and oversee vendor evaluation and selection.
• Plan resource availability for IT and technology solutions projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant project management role.
