Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale engineering projects in the oil, gas and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct unit managers to guarantee full compliance with project requirements.
• Define project scope, establish design criteria with clients, and approve technical documentation.
• Manage schedules, cost estimates, and control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and supervise large groups of professionals and subcontractors, including multi‑licensor and third‑party activities.
• Assess change requests, approve significant specification modifications, and maintain client contacts on technical and administrative matters.
• Provide technical guidance, propose staffing solutions, and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Participate in the development of new project management methods and offer expert advice on design and construction processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore or infrastructure industries.
• Proven track record managing mega‑projects and heavy/light hydrocarbon processing units.
• Strong leadership in coordinating in‑house, multi‑licensor and third‑party teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project planning, execution management, industry and regulatory standards.
• Familiarity with company guidelines, procedures, and supplier/contractor management.
