Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation through completion. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects across the full lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, milestones, costs, and overall performance.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, challenges, and potential delays.
• Handle scope and timeline changes while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and objectives.
• Resolve issues proactively and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in project management.
• Strong experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Client‑facing and stakeholder management expertise.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams, consultants, and contractors.
