Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and city development projects, focusing on water and wastewater works. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and verify technical feasibility.
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure performance with appropriate tools and report to management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and occupational health standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years experience in large‑scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Experience with major government or semi‑government program implementations.
• Extensive experience in project management of water and wastewater works.
• Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Experience implementing a zero‑accident philosophy.
• Record of engagement with government entities or utility providers.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
