Project Manager

About the role

ABIS is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The role covers planning, execution and delivery on time, within scope and within budget, and acts as the main point of contact for stakeholders. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and budgets.
• Coordinate and mobilize cross-functional teams so that project milestones are met.
• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and adjusting plans as needed.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project documentation so that processes and deliverables are accurately recorded.
• Hold regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges and implement improvements.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven project management experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana and JIRA.
