Project Manager – Large-Scale Infrastructure

About the role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and city development projects in Saudi Arabia, focusing on water and wastewater works. The role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scopes and objectives with stakeholders and assess technical feasibility.
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure performance with appropriate tools and report to management.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale infrastructure or city development projects.
• Extensive experience managing water and wastewater works.
• Experience with major government or semi‑government program implementations.
• Knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Proven track record of successful project management and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
