Project Manager – Measurement Solutions & Systems (ME&A)

About the role

Emerson is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer projects for its Measurement Solutions & Systems business across the Middle East & Africa. The role combines technical, commercial and operational responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution, meeting technical, commercial and operational objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Engineering and Centre of Excellence teams.
• Review contracts, costing, payment terms and commercial requirements during project initiation.
• Act as the primary customer interface for technical and commercial matters.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, progress reporting and risk mitigation.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost and schedule commitments.
• Review and approve technical documentation, specifications, datasheets and deliverables.
• Support customer inspections, FAT activities and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with Emerson’s trade compliance and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8‑10 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
• Strong experience with metering systems, Bidi and Compact Provers, gas and liquid analyzers, and gas chromatographs.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian end‑user requirements, especially Saudi Aramco standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and related business systems.
