Project Manager – Poultry Farm Development

About the role

Tuwaiq Poultry is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and operational projects of its poultry farms across Saudi Arabia. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from early‑stage planning and resource allocation to execution and performance monitoring, ensuring capital projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee poultry farm project initiatives from initial planning through final execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and operational deliverables.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and provide operational leadership on farm infrastructure projects.
• Assess performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process optimisations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, supply‑chain partners, and external stakeholders to meet business targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Engineering or Business Administration (preferred).
• 10–15 years of dedicated experience in the poultry sector.
• Mandatory previous work experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to manage capital projects and lead teams.
• Familiarity with the Saudi agricultural market and farm development processes.
