Project Manager – Solids Control Waste Management

About the role

The Project Manager for Solids Control Waste Management is responsible for the technical integrity of assigned packages from planning through mechanical completion and delivery. The role ensures safe equipment transfers, proper installation and dismantling of solids control and auxiliary equipment, and continuous communication with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Verify safe transfer of equipment and parts between wells and bases, documenting any loss or damage.
• Supervise installation, operation, and dismantling of solids control and auxiliary equipment at multiple locations.
• Maintain daily activity reports and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and HSE policies.
• Coordinate consumable requests, equipment maintenance programs, and operational checklists.
• Communicate incidents or anomalies to HR, HSE, Operations, and Security departments.
• Maintain QMS records and ensure weekly delivery of required documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing field equipment and waste‑management projects.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and company safety standards.
• Ability to work closely with client representatives and internal departments.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
