Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with business analysis, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness — someone who can take an initiative from analysis through execution and ensure things get done.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage key projects and strategic initiatives in Saudi Arabia from planning through execution and follow‑up.
• Analyze business performance, KPIs, sales and market data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, competitors, and relevant regulatory developments.
• Translate data and market insights into clear recommendations and actionable business initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and action plans and ensure effective execution.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and other internal functions.
• Manage stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams without direct authority.
• Prepare management‑ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and business updates for senior management.
• Work closely with the Managing Director on priorities, meetings, strategic initiatives, and follow‑ups.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key actions, proactively identifying challenges and solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, project delivery, PMO, business analysis, strategy, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing projects and initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a commercial focus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
