Project Manager – Technology & Business Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering technology and business projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure project governance, quality standards, and compliance with organizational processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and steering committee updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous process improvements and successful project delivery.

Required profile

• 6–11+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or technology‑driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading distributed and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced setting.

• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Slack.
• Risk, issue, and change management.
• Budget, resource, and capacity planning.
• Stakeholder and vendor management.
• Project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
