Project Planning Lead - EPC

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Project Planning Lead specializing in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for Aramco projects, based in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The role manages project planning and scheduling and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver large, complex oil and gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligned with milestones and deliverables.
• Work with project managers, engineering teams, contractors and stakeholders to gather information and feed it into scheduling.
• Use advanced scheduling software such as Primavera P6 to create, analyze and update timelines.
• Spot scheduling issues and risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Run regular schedule progress reviews and report to stakeholders and senior management.
• Take part in project meetings and share planning and scheduling updates.
• Apply best practices and continuous improvement to planning and scheduling methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the EPC sector, specifically for Aramco projects.
• Strong grasp of project management principles, scheduling techniques and methodologies.
• Clear analysis of complex project data and excellent communication skills with diverse teams.
• Proactive problem solver with strong organization and time management.

Required skills

• Expert use of planning software, especially Primavera P6 or similar tools.
