Project Procurement Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Project Procurement Professional to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for complex Gas Services maintenance projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full procurement lifecycle for Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine generator maintenance projects.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage complex RFQs, perform advanced bid evaluations and lead high‑value commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, framework agreements and service terms.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives, value engineering and total cost of ownership improvements.
• Develop supplier qualification, development and long‑term relationship strategies.
• Identify supply‑chain risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Legal and global procurement teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Extensive experience in project procurement within energy, power generation or industrial services.
• Proven track record leading complex sourcing projects and high‑value negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen, contract and risk‑management expertise.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Experience using digital procurement tools.
