Projects Manager - Mixed-Use Developments, Madinah

About the role

A well-capitalised real estate investment firm focused on the Saudi Arabian market is looking for a Projects Manager to lead the execution of large-scale mixed-use developments in Madinah, with a combined value of around SAR 2 billion. The role is senior and high-impact, overseeing project delivery end-to-end and managing teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of all Madinah-based projects and act as the senior on-ground authority
• Manage two major developments, including a large-scale mixed-use hospitality project
• Oversee the project lifecycle from design through construction and delivery
• Direct and manage Project Managers and external consultants and contractors
• Coordinate with internal teams across investment, procurement and operations
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, timeline and compliance objectives
• Drive contractor performance across split-package delivery models and support permit resolution and timely recommencement of works
• Report progress to senior leadership and board stakeholders and contribute to strategic decisions on project delivery

Required profile

• 15-20 years' experience in construction and development delivery
• Proven track record delivering at least one full hospitality tower project (A-Z)
• Strong site execution expertise; experience with high-rise (approx. 18 floors) developments preferred
• Background in civil engineering (architecture considered with a strong delivery focus)
• Previous exposure to the KSA market highly desirable
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and large contractor teams, and to work in lean teams with high ownership
