Projects Manager – Security & Network Systems (ELV)

About the role

Lion‑Inc is seeking a hands‑on Projects Manager to own delivery of security and network systems projects and operation & maintenance contracts across the Kingdom. You will lead multiple small‑to‑medium projects, supervise foremen and field technicians, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely, quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Take over project scope from technical and sales teams, run kick‑off meetings and document decisions.
• Build execution plans including schedule, phases, permits and approvals, and ensure site surveys translate into clear execution scenarios.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize work, control scope changes through variation orders and avoid unbilled work.
• Calculate resource needs, identify gaps and secure temporary labour or subcontractors, nominate and monitor subcontractors, certify their claims.
• Supervise foremen and field technicians, resolve site conflicts, review progress reports and ensure technical sign‑offs.
• Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules, handle SLA tickets, track spare parts and issue performance reports.
• Review drawings and specifications, supervise network cabling, switching, IP addressing, VLANs and storage configuration, lead testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
• Track project costs against estimates, link milestones to payment entitlements and report status, risks and resources to the Operations Director.
• Enforce site safety, manage permits and document incidents or near‑misses.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years experience in ELV and security systems, with at least 3 years managing projects and field teams.
• Proven delivery of CCTV/video surveillance projects (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Milestone) and access‑control systems.
• Strong networking background; CCNA or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent technical diploma.
• PMP or CAPM certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; English required for documentation.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
• Saudi nationals preferred to support Saudisation.
