Property Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of assets in Abha. Working closely with the Property Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for tenants, coordinate service providers and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle tenant enquiries, requests and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
• Coordinate move‑in and move‑out processes, including unit handovers, snagging, documentation and key management.
• Maintain accurate tenancy schedules, lease files and databases, ensuring contracts are registered on the Ejar platform.
• Support rent invoicing and collection, track payments and escalate arrears.
• Work with FM service providers (housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping) to follow up on work orders and monitor service quality against SLAs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, record observations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on occupancy, rent collection, maintenance activities and tenant feedback.
• Ensure compliance with REGA, Ejar, Civil Defence and municipal regulations while adhering to Savills policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in property management, real‑estate administration, facilities coordination or customer service, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent Arabic with good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with property management systems; familiarity with the Ejar platform is a plus.
