Property Management Team Lead

About the role

This remote leadership position oversees end‑to‑end property management operations for a portfolio of residential assets in Saudi Arabia. You will guide a distributed team of virtual assistants, ensuring leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, and administrative workflows run efficiently and support occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily property management activities, including leasing, maintenance, collections, and admin tasks across a remote team.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle from inquiry to move‑in, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
• Monitor KPIs such as occupancy rates, lead conversion, delinquency, and rental collections.
• Post and manage rental listings on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and others.
• Validate guest cards, applications, collections reports, and vacancy reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead, coach, and hold virtual team members accountable to performance targets.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost occupancy, collections, and tenant satisfaction.
• Act as the primary operational bridge between frontline teams and senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years experience in residential, multifamily, or apartment property management.
• Proven track record supervising leasing agents, maintenance coordinators, collections teams, and administrative staff.
• Strong knowledge of core property management functions: leasing, rent collection, renewals, notices, delinquency management, and occupancy optimization.
• Experience managing remote or virtual teams in a structured operational environment.
