Public Relations Officer – Government Relations

About the role

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will manage the company's relationships with Saudi government authorities, ensuring all government‑related transactions are completed accurately and on time. This role serves as a key liaison between the organization, its employees, and relevant regulatory bodies, maintaining compliance with labor, immigration and other statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and relevant Saudi government authorities.
• Handle, submit, monitor and follow up on all government‑related applications and transactions.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with government entities and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain effective working relationships with government officials and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date employee records.
• Ensure all transactions comply with Saudi Labor Law, immigration regulations and other applicable requirements.
• Stay informed about changes to Saudi regulations and government procedures.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Law or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in public relations or government relations within Saudi Arabia (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, immigration regulations and government procedures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Saudi government procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of labor, immigration and compliance processes.
