Public Relations Officer

About the role

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) serves as the primary liaison between the company, its employees, and Saudi government authorities. This role ensures that all government‑related transactions are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining compliance with labor, immigration, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact with relevant Saudi government authorities.
• Handle, submit, monitor, and follow up on all government‑related applications and transactions.
• Represent the company professionally in dealings with regulatory bodies and government entities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and company information required by authorities.
• Ensure all activities comply with Saudi Labor Law, immigration regulations, and other applicable government requirements.
• Stay informed about changes to Saudi regulations and government procedures.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in public relations, government relations, or a similar role within Saudi Arabia (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government procedures, labor regulations, and immigration processes.
