Purchasing Manager (Saudi National Only)

About the role

The Purchasing Manager will lead the procurement of goods and services for FAENA The Red Sea, ensuring the best quality, cost, and timing. This position is open to Saudi nationals only and works closely with internal teams to maintain efficient inventory and control costs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies that support operational needs and cost efficiency.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with vendors.
• Issue and manage purchase orders in line with approved budgets.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Coordinate with finance, stores, and operations to identify purchasing needs.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Control purchasing costs and identify savings opportunities.
• Review and approve purchase requests and quotations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing and supplier options.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for procurement activities.
• Prepare purchasing reports and performance analysis for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of relevant procurement experience.
• Saudi national.
