About the role
Lynx Contracting Co. is seeking a QA QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control activities for construction projects located in Dammam and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and managing documentation related to quality plans, inspection test plans, inspections, and non‑conformance reports. Candidates must possess a civil engineering background and have 15–20 years of experience in the construction industry. The manager will coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Civil engineering academic background.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing quality plans.
- Hands‑on experience with Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), inspections, and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
