QA/QC Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join ACSC’s Projects Department in Riyadh. The role ensures that all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, Saudi Building Code, and company quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement ACSC’s Quality Management System and maintain the Project Quality Plan.
• Prepare, review and execute Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) in coordination with project teams.
• Conduct daily site inspections, walkthroughs and verify compliance with drawings, material submittals and workmanship standards.
• Manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor field and laboratory test results, approve materials before use and coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports, KPI dashboards and maintain inspection logs, material approvals and test records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience on villas, residential compounds or multi‑storey buildings.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and ISO 9001 quality principles.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Preparation and review of ITPs and Method Statements.
• NCR and CAPA management.
• Review of material submittals, test reports and technical approvals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel for reporting and AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo (preferred).
