QA/QC Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a driven QA/QC Engineer to support quality assurance and control activities on major mission-critical and data-center projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves site inspections, contractor compliance monitoring, and ensuring construction work meets approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC inspections and surveillance across assigned construction works, verifying compliance with drawings, specifications, method statements and contractual requirements.
• Review and monitor contractor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and inspection requests, and witness testing activities.
• Identify non-conforming work, prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and track corrective actions through closure.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, quality reports, NCR logs, punch lists and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and project teams to resolve quality issues and support audits.
• Assist in preparing quality KPIs, dashboards and project quality statistics for handover and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on QA/QC experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, EPC or PMC projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and NCR management.
• Proven ability to document, report and manage quality records.
• Effective coordination and communication with multidisciplinary project teams.
