QAQC Engineer – Quality Assurance & Control

About the role

The QAQC Engineer will work under general supervision to ensure that all installed commodities meet established specifications and design requirements. This role involves independent inspections, material testing, and coordination with project teams to uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform walk‑downs and inspections of installed commodities to verify conformance with specifications and design requirements.
• Conduct material testing and verification, maintain comprehensive quality records, and generate quality metrics reports.
• Provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors, and communicate quality requirements to contractors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in site supervision, quality assurance, and quality control on construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in inspections, material testing, and verification against project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to provide technical direction.
