QA/QC Manager – HVAC Manufacturing

About the role

The QA/QC Manager will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) for HVAC manufacturing. This role ensures that all products meet Saudi Aramco, ISO 9001 and customer specifications while driving quality performance across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and improve an ISO 9001‑based QMS, including the Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions and records.
• Oversee document control, record control, internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, non‑conformance handling, customer complaints, supplier quality, calibration and training.
• Define measurable quality objectives, KPIs and conduct regular management reviews for engineering, procurement, production, testing, stores and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco engineering standards, material system specifications and project requirements; prepare for and support Aramco technical and quality audits.
• Coordinate with Aramco, clients, consultants, third‑party inspectors and certification bodies, managing documentation for technical approvals.
• Implement inspection and testing controls across all manufacturing stages from incoming material to final dispatch.
• Develop incoming material inspection procedures, verify material certificates and manufacturer certifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control within HVAC or heavy‑industry manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Saudi Aramco quality requirements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Demonstrated ability to lead QMS implementation, internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external auditors.
